Northbrook Symphony gears up for second live concert of the season

NORTHBROOK, IL – The Northbrook Symphony will present their second live concert of the season, “French Flair”, at 4 pm on Sunday, November 7th. The performance will be under the direction of musical director Mina Zikri, starring Francis Poulenc “Concerto for two pianos in D minor, FP61”, performed by pianists Susan Merdinger and Steven Greene.

The program will also include Maurice Ravel’s “Pavane pour une infante defunte” and Georges Bizet’s “Symphony in C major”, according to a press release.

The concert hall is the Sheely Center for the Performing Arts in Northbrook.

The Northbrook Symphony is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for its spectators. The Sheely Center has an improved air filtration system and air exchange process. Reduced capacity seats will be in place and all government safety rules and guidelines will be followed. Wearing a mask is compulsory to enter the establishment and must always remain on.
