Music Worcester’s new summer concert series Summer @ MW is set to feature a critically acclaimed jazz band Hot Sardines at the Indian Ranch in Webster, MA. Thanks to Summer @ MW, Music Worcester is celebrating the return of live performances with indoor and outdoor concerts throughout central Massachusetts throughout the summer. Fueled by the belief that classical jazz nourishes heart and soul, The Hot Sardines is on a mission to renew old sounds and prove that joyful music can bring people together in a disconnected world. In the hot jazz movement, The Hot Sardines is distinguished by the innovation, verve and pure joy that they bring to music, both new and old. “It’s a really cool time to make music,” lead singer Elizabeth Bougerol said. “Especially if you make music that started life 100 years ago.”

Over the past two years, the Hot Sardines have performed at the Newport Jazz Festival and the Montreal Jazz Festival, sold out in New York City from Joe’s Pub to the Bowery Ballroom and over 150 tour dates from Chicago to London, and have released two albums. on Universal Music Classics to critical raves and a # 1 spot on the iTunes Jazz charts in the US and globally.

Celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, Indian Ranch offers music lovers a chance to see some of the greatest country, classic rock and pop bands just steps from the lake. Nestled between the pines, the amphitheater offers the possibility to see the stage from anywhere in the audience. More than a concert venue, Indian Ranch is also home to the Samuel Slater Restaurant, Indian Princess Paddleboat, and Indian Ranch Campground.
