Roots of Music concert series kicks off, nighttime goat yoga and more at Paradigm Gardens


NEW ORLEANS (press release) – On July 9 at 8 p.m., join Paradigm Gardens for the funniest, most unique and CUTE yoga class in New Orleans. Among the flowers, vegetables, the beautiful setting sun and along with the adorable Cameroonian dwarf goats, come to Paradigm Gardens to make a true sun salutation and descending goat. We’ve teamed up with yoga teacher Jimena Urritia to bring you the best goat yoga experience.
Class includes: 45 min goat yoga session, Paradigm yoga shirt, window sill garden kit, EmpaNOLA dinner, champagne, Paradigm Gardens souvenir cup

Roots of Music – Saturday, July 10 at 7 p.m. – is a monthly concert series celebrating the rhythmic foundations of modern blues, jazz, reggae, funk and soul set in a beautiful garden. For our first installment: Enjoy the sweet Caribbean sounds of Jamaican-born and Grammy-nominated female reggae artist Etana and the Roots Riddim Band from Jamaica!

Come hungry and thirsty, we’ll have delicious garden food and drinks from the always amazing Johnny’s Jamaican Grill.


Sunday July 11 – 8:00 am – 11:00 am: The famous Paradigm plant sale is back! We will have ginger, turmeric, galangal, elephant ears, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, okra, marigold, zinnia and many more plants alongside amazing art sellers and arts and crafts, live music and dance performances from Xeno Moon Folwer and Orlando Majek Fingers. And we’re thrilled that Resurrection Garden Chef David is back at Paradigm for a delicious brunch.
