Many TikTok users ‘cried’ afterwards a video has been posted showing a mother experiencing “complete euphoria” at a recent Elton John concert.

The video, which is set to the music icon’s song ‘Bennie and the Jets’, shows Aubrey Warmouth’s mother staring intently and gaping at the scene as people shout and cheer around her .

As the lights change to signal John’s entrance, the mother completely loses her temper and lets out a long, excited cry.

The video – captioned ‘When you take your mum to see Elton John’ – has amassed more than 5 million views and surpassed 1 million likes with several people calling the moment ‘precious’.

“This made me cry,” wrote one user. “Living through your mother’s childhood memories exploding in her head and feeling complete euphoria.”

The sweet moment came during the 75-year-old artist’s final North American tour delayed by COVID-19 Farewell Yellow Brick Road: The Final Tour, which started in 2018 but was postponed due to the pandemic.

“This year will see my grand finale in North America, playing in stadiums across the country, with the most spectacular production I have ever had. Thank you for sharing this journey with me,” John said in a social media post end of March.
