The Great New York State Fair’s concert lineup seems more and more AOK by the day.
“AOK” singer Tai Verdes will perform on the Chevy Court stage at NYS Fair on Friday, September 2 at 1 p.m. All Chevrolet Music Series concerts are free with show admission.
Verdes, a singer-songwriter from California, went viral on TikTok in 2020 with his single “Stuck in the Middle,” then followed it up with last year’s hit “AOK,” which reached No. 34. place on the Billboard Hot 100 and has been streamed nearly 200 million times on Spotify. Verdes has appeared on “Today,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” and “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” as well as the MTV dating show “Are You the One?”
Thirteen concerts have been announced so far for the 2022 New York State Fair. More than 40 acts are expected at Chevy Park and Chevy Court; each stage will offer two shows a day.

- August 24 at 6 p.m.: Jimmie Allen at Chevy Court
- August 24 at 8 p.m.: Chevelle at Chevy Park
- August 25 at 8 p.m.: The Art of Rap with Ice-T at Chevy Park
- August 26 at 6 p.m.: Niko Moon at Chevy Court
- August 28 at 8 p.m.: Stranger at Chevy Park
- August 29 at 8 p.m.: Boyz II Men at Chevy Park
- August 31 at 8 p.m.: Nelly at Chevy Park
- September 1 at 8 p.m.: Riley Green at Chevy Park
- September 2 at 1 p.m.: Tai Verdes at Chevy Court
- September 2 at 6 p.m.: Gin Blossoms at Chevy Court
- September 2 at 8 p.m.: 24KGoldn at Chevy Park
- September 3 at 8 p.m.: Dropkick Murphys at Chevy Park
- September 5 at 4 p.m.: Night Ranger at Chevy Court
The NYS 2022 fair is scheduled to run from August 24 through September 5.
