JoJo Siwa fans have waited more than two years for the pop star singer and dancer to visit the Save Mart Center in Fresno.
Siwa’s Nickelodeon-sponsored DREAM tour originally announced a date at the arena in 2019, just months after the 16-year-old performed at the O2 Arena in London (she was the youngest artist to headline the venue).
Siwa was scheduled to perform at the Save Mart Center in March 2020, just as the coronavirus pandemic began closing venues and disrupting national tours.
This show was eventually postponed to Thursday night.
The Fresno date was the fifth night of the postponed tour, which now ends in New Orleans in March. Siwa had a VIP fan meet before the performance, which included an opening set by country pop singer – and former family band – Belles. The night sang, showcase of dance, full of Siwa’s signature neon and glitter.
Over the past two years, Siwa has gone from a teenage influencer on YouTube and reality TV to a star in her own right. She was a finalist on the 30th season of “Dancing with the Stars.” In December, she participated as a guest host on the show “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
