GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Packers will host a free concert ahead of the season opener at home at Lambeau Field.

The concert on Sunday September 19 will take place in the east parking lot, as much as the free Steve Miller Band concert was at the start of the 2018 season. The Packers have said the group for this year’s concert will be revealed in August.

the The packers open the regular season September 12 in New Orleans against the Saints. They face the Detroit Lions at 7:15 p.m. on September 20 in a Monday night football game.

The Packers will host their first game in a year with a stadium open at 7 p.m. on August 14 in a pre-season game against the Houston Texans. They will host a pre-season game at 3:25 p.m. on August 21 against the New York Jets. They will practice against the Jets on August 18-19 at Ray Nitschke Field. The practices will be open to the public.

The Steve Miller Band performed outside Lambeau Field on September 8, 2018 to kick off the Green Bay Packers 100th season.

The final preseason game will be August 28 in Buffalo against the Bills.

The NFL did not play any preseason games in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic and the Packers did not allow any paying supporters during the regular season. A limited number of paying fans were allowed to attend two NFL playoff games at Lambeau Field in January.

Training camp, which begins July 28, will be open to the public this year, and family home evening returns on August 7. Full practice tickets, which took place at Lambeau Field in match conditions, went on sale Wednesday at Ticketmaster.
