North Easton in concert on Thursday

Ontario guitarist and singer North Easton will perform at the Heritage Center across from the CNC on Highway 16.



On Thursday nights at 7:30 p.m., Ontario guitarist and singer North Easton will perform at the Heritage Center across from the CNC on Highway 16. Admission is $20.00 at the door. North is a prolific, award-winning singer and songwriter who brings rollercoaster dynamics to his music and live performances. Don’t miss this show – just one night! LDAC Performing Arts Season 22/23

The Lakes District Arts Council has announced its 22/23 Performing Arts Season. We hope you have seen the ads in Lakes District News. LDAC is planning five performances during the 22/23 season, two in the fall and three after the holidays. Season tickets will go on sale in late summer and early fall. 2022 Fall Fair, Children’s Festival and Music Festival

The Lakes District Fall Fair is back. The fair is scheduled for September 9, 10 and 11 – the weekend after Labor Day weekend. Many activities will be on the agenda: livestock exhibitions, team roping, herding dog competition, heavy horse draw, music festival and children’s festival. Additionally, there will be local trade vendors and exhibitors, as well as a wide range of food and concession vendors. And… there will also be surprises this year. You come, you hear! Visual art exhibits at the Lakes District Museum & Gallery

The Lakes District Museum now has an art gallery dedicated to local and regional visual artists. Drop by the museum between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. This month’s featured exhibition is “Aqua Pura”: The Art of Teresa Wojdak.
