The iconic Japanese rock band SCANDAL announced a summer concert tour of North America. The summer trek kicks off in Toronto on July 9e and coincides with the 15 of the groupe anniversary and the release of their highly anticipated 10e album, “MIRROR,” who is out now.
SCANDAL says, “To finish! We come to see our North American fans with our new album “MIRROR!” It was very sad and painful for us to postpone our American tour due to the pandemic. However, even during this difficult time, we have received so many messages on our radio show and social media. We are very touched and saved by all your love. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! Now it’s our turn to share our love and support you through our music! We can’t wait to see everyone – Let’s have an amazing time together!
The group adds, “Our 10e album, “MIRROR”, was made during the pandemic, and it was also our 15e anniversary year.
“Like everyone else, it wasn’t easy for us to be apart from each other, but we’ve all had a chance to reflect on who we are as a group and as individuals. We titled this album “MIRROR” because we feel it reflects all of our different personalities and shows who SCANDAL has become. »
“Each of us wrote music, lyrics and sang lead vocals, so each song has a different personality to let listeners enjoy different genres through our music. Our main track “AI Ni Narana Katta No Sa” (It was never love to me) is a sentimental love song and for the music video, we created a lyric-based story so you can enjoy yourself. feel like you live in the world of this song.
