Fortnite Season 7 could make up for the lack of live events at the end of Fortnite Season 6 by hosting another must-see gig – this time led by pop superstar Ariana Grande. The Thank U frontman Next is rumored to be giving a gig in Fortnite “soon”, with a performance test reportedly already being performed by Epic Games. The news was highlighted in a post online by famous Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR.
The leaked information was originally posted on the FortniteLeaks Reddit page.
The leak claimed, “Ariana Grande will be arriving soon and having an in-game gig (the gig has already had a test launch done by Epic staff).”
From the sounds, Ariana Grande could also have her own skin in Fortnite.
If it did, it would be the same as with Travis Scott’s concert last year.
This performance was arguably one of the most memorable Fortnite live events of all time.
And if Epic Games is able to build on that and outshine it with Ariana Grande’s performance, it could be one for the ages.
Speaking of the leak, ShiinaBR posted on Twitter: “RUMOR: 15 hours ago an article was posted by a moderator on the r / FortniteLeaks subreddit claiming to have inside information about upcoming events in Fortnite.
“The source that provided the inside information apparently disclosed a LOT of information about Season 6 correctly.”
ShiinaBR added: “UPDATE: I received video evidence from one of the moderators of r / FortniteLeaks of the private conversation with said insider.
“The video evidence was recorded on mobile (iOS) and appears to be genuine. If (!!) it is real, the Insider has leaked A LOT of correctly in the (near) past.”
The alleged leak has also potentially revealed a ton of other incoming Fortnite content.
It has been claimed that members of the Justice League and Suicide Square will also be added to Fortnite.
Although it has also been claimed that the next season of Fortnite (Fortnite season 8) may feature a character from the hit anime Naruto in the Battle Pass.
It has also been claimed that Kevin the Cube will make a triumphant return at the end of Fortnite Season 7.
But this time around, the Cube will be controlled by an unknown “Queen” character who will play a role in the Fortnite Chapter 3 storyline.
Elsewhere, it has been claimed that Fortnite Chapter 3 will “completely” redesign the Battle Royale map.
While riding monsters and mechs would also arrive on Fortnite Island at some point.
As always with rumors, it’s best to take it with a grain of salt until confirmed.
But if that’s true, it looks like Epic Games has a lot of exciting things planned for the end of Fortnite Season 7 and beyond.
