Davido begins his North American tour with a concert in New York


Superstar musician, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has kicked off his highly anticipated North American tour.

The tour, which was to take place in five cities, began with a concert in New York on Thursday evening.

Davido got fans excited with his energetic performance at the Brooklyn gig, which kicked off his tour.

During the concert, the superstar performed his all-time hits including See Gobe, Dami Duro and FIA.

The singer, who hails from Osun State, also brought his cultural heritage to New York, as a caricature of Osun Osogbo’s sacred grove was on stage at the concert.

After the concert, the singer hosted an After Party at Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.

The North American tour, titled “We Lift Ourselves By Lifting Others”, is set to take place in five cities, including New York, Toronto, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles.
