Darrell Kelley kicks off nationwide tour with sensational concert

Darrell kelley is on a mission and looks like he’s winning big. The singer-songwriter is one of Atlanta’s hottest musicians right now, with over 21.5 million streams worldwide on Spotify and Soundcloud. Her global audience is captivated by her intense and passionate dedication to social justice issues. All of Darrell’s music is made up of clear intentions and lyrics dedicated to specific events related to police brutality, politics, and even the pandemic.

On September 11 in Memphis, Tennessee, at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium during the Southern Heritage Classic, Darrell performed “Vote” and “Take Your Knees Off Our Necks”. An estimated 40 to 50,000 people were in attendance and Darrell’s performance got them hooked!

Darrell has been producing and recording internationally successful singles since 2018 with songs like “Police Brutality” and “I’m So High”. Some of her most popular hit singles are “Georgia Finally Went Blue”, “Violence and Hate” and “Kamala”. Darrell also released two songs titled “Corona Virus” and “Vaccine” last year which both took off during the pandemic.

Darrell’s next stop will be an exclusive album release night at his own restaurant “The BBQ Spot” in Morrow, Ga. From 12pm to 6pm this Saturday, September 18th.

Next, Darrell travels to his hometown of Atlanta on September 19 where he will perform at a highly publicized fundraising event, the Kasim Reed Fundraiser, hosted by Steve Harvey. Usher, Neyo and many other celebrities are also expected. Each ticket for this event is $ 2,000 or $ 4,300 for VIP guests. Darrell has historically used events and performances like this to engage high profile elected officials or other celebrities to take direct action and support various social justice causes.

Darrell is also set to perform in Mississippi on 9/25/26 at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium and later at the Delta Bayou Classic on ESPN. Both performances are expected to take place in front of 20,000 to 30,000 spectators.

It’s clear Darrell hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down when it comes to amplifying the messages he’s passionate about and using his star power to help implement change. During the last Golden Globes, rumors began to circulate about Darrell’s future high-profile celebrity collaborations after he was seen rubbing shoulders with top executives and celebrities on exclusive afters.
