Crowded House has announced its first Australian concerts in over a decade.

The iconic group will present the Dreamers Are Waiting tour across the country in April 2022.

The shows will mark Crowded House’s first nationwide tour since 2010, and only their third Australian tour in the past 15 years.

The exciting news comes after the group unveiled a revamped line-up earlier this year.

Original members Neil Finn and bassist Nick Seymour were joined by multi-instrumentalist sons of Finn, Elroy and Liam, and American keyboardist Mitchell Froom.

Crowded House will likely perform hit songs such as Don’t dream it’s over and Something so strong as well as songs from their latest album, Dreamers wait.

The tour begins in Perth on April 1 at Kings Park, followed by Adelaide Entertainment Center on April 5, Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on April 8, Sydney Aware Super Theater on April 12, and Centennial Vineyards in Bowral on April 16 before concluding at Bluesfest, Byron Bay on April 17th.

Tickets for all shows go on sale at 12:00 p.m. local time on Friday, December 10.
