BUTLER, Pa .– Tyler Huth said he bought tickets for the Rolling Stones concert at Heinz Field in February 2020. With the concert going on Monday night, he said he was still waiting to get them.

“I’ve been a lifelong Stones fan and my 7 year old son has always loved the Stones since he was about 2 years old. I thought it would be a great birthday surprise for him,” Huth said. “My business partner bought tickets the same way through Vivid Seats and just received their tickets on Saturday. I refreshed the page every 10 minutes and didn’t receive anything.

Huth said he spent months contacting the ticketing company and their only response was that tickets could arrive up to five minutes before showtime.

“I live 40 minutes outside of town, so even if I get them five minutes before and get out and park, I’m going to miss half the show. So that’s another level of frustration, ”Huth said.

Channel 11 contacted Vivid Seats several times throughout the day on Monday and still have not received a response.

Huth said he hoped his story would serve as a warning to other people looking to buy tickets. He said he plans to continue pressuring the company to at least get their money back.
